The work described on these pages is in various stages of completion, and the language design involved may change as features are incorporated into Unicon.

Steve and Kevin Wampler have developed a significant collection of Unicon libraries along with an improved automatic documentation generator. A Unicon discussion Twiki is available at that site.
Art Eschenlauer has announced a public alpha-level test release of Uunit, a Unicon unit test tool inspired by Junit.
The Windows distribution is now normally built using GCC. A page containing the free Win32 development tools for building Unicon is available over at NMSU.
The Unicon compiler uses a novel tool called Merr to maintain its syntax error messages; that tool is included in the Unicon distribution, but is easily usable in any YACC application and now has a website of its own: http://unicon.sourceforge.net/merr/
